Vectis owns over 400 residential ground properties comprising approximately 3,100 flats located from Penzance to Sheffield. Approximately 50% are located in Greater London, 35% in the South East and the remainder distributed around the remainder of the country.

 

The individual buildings encompass
everything from Victorian conversions to purpose built mansion blocks of flats.
The majority of the properties benefit from substantial reversionary potential with the majority of the leases being under 80 years.

 

The company intends to own the properties for long term investment and actively manages the portfolio to maximize value through lease extensions and enfranchisements.
