Christopher Rayner Dip.Prop.Inv MRICS
Chris was appointed in 1993 and is the son of the founder. His responsibilities cover all strategic matters relating to acquisitions, disposals, developments and financing. He has worked in Sweden in valuation and has a post graduate diploma from the University of Reading in property investment.
Benjamin Ellinger
After graduating from Durham University, Ben joined the Swire Group and worked overseas for 12-years in general management roles in Hong Kong, Papua New Guinea, Mainland China and USA. Ben returned to the UK to join the Vectis team in Summer 2020 and became a Director in 2023.
Amy Battersby
Since graduating from the University of Southampton Amy has had an array of roles in marketing and property combined. She started in property management then on to sales outside Vectis. As a Director Amy provides additional oversight.

Antonia Allender
Antonia moved to the UK from Sweden in 2014 and was recruited by Vectis as property accounts manager and book-keeper. She also prepares the budgets and oversees some property management. Also responsible for co-ordination of interior design.

Samantha Middleditch
In 2014 Samantha joined Vectis as a facilities manager for residential and commercial properties. She has been involved in the refurbishment and development projects and liaison with tenants, agents and contractors.
