The building was acquired in the summer of 2016. Vectis undertook a project to reconfigure the 5 upper floors of this Listed landmark property to provide
3 high-end residential flats which were completed in December 2018. The three flats comprise 2 x 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplexes, one with an exclusive roof terrace, and 1 x 1 bedroom simplex.
