Established in 1936, Vectis remains a family run property company. It historically invested in residential ground rents and residential lettings. Over the past 35 years it has built up a core portfolio of retail and residential freehold properties.
The majority of properties are held for long-term investment purposes, with or with out asset management enhancement opportunities and all properties are managed in-house.
