Vectis formed a joint venture partnership with several Swedish investors and acquired its first asset in May 2017 through the acquisition of the attractive retail and residential investment situated on a prime position on Westbourne Grove.

The retail premises are let to the French high-end fashion retail chain, American Vintage to July 2025.


The upper parts comprise of three small apartments, one currently let on an AST tenancy, the other two currently sold off on long leases.
